The difference between dynamic flat panel detector and image intensifier

Both flat panel detectors and image intensifiers are imaging devices that belong to the X-ray machine configuration. The main function is to change the invisible X-ray into visible light. So what is the difference between a dynamic flat panel detector and an image intensifier?
First of all, the price of image intensifiers is relatively low, and the resolution is not very high. Dynamic flat panel detectors are expensive, but the data acquisition frame rate has reached 30 frames per second or even higher to meet real-time performance.
Secondly, dynamic flat-panel detectors are used in fluoroscopy machines, and image intensifiers are mainly used in fluoroscopy machines.
Thirdly, the dynamic flat panel detector mainly processes pictures through software, and images on the computer. The image intensifier needs to be equipped with a camera and an image processor.
Finally, the dynamic flat panel detector is small, light and easy to move. The image intensifier is large in size and weight.
Our Newheek company produces and sells various X-ray machines and parts. Products are widely used in domestic and foreign medical and health fields. If you are interested in our products, please contact us.
