The structure of the digital flat panel detector

The digital flat panel detector is the core technology of Dr Technology, which plays a decisive role in its imaging quality. From the perspective of energy conversion, it can be divided into two categories: direct conversion digital flat panel detectors and interconversion digital flat panel detectors.
The surface of the digital flat panel detector is a layer of scintillator (cesium iodide) or fluorescent material, followed by a layer of amorphous silicon with a photodiode effect, and the bottom layer is a charge readout circuit.
After X-rays are incident, the scintillator or fluorescent material on the surface of the digital flat-panel detector converts the X-ray photons into visible light (light scattering will affect the spatial resolution of the image), and then the amorphous silicon converts the visible light into stored charges.
The stored charge enters the readout circuit, converts the charge signal into a digital signal, completes the digital acquisition process, and then inputs the digital signal into the computer imaging system of the computer for imaging.
Newheek’s digital flat-panel detectors can be used in different fields such as medical treatment and animal use, and are divided into wired and wireless.
Our digital flat panel detectors can meet your different purchasing needs.
