Maintenance method of digital flat panel detector

Digital X-ray photography technology in large and medium-sized hospitals across the country has gradually replaced conventional screen photography and darkroom manual filming technology, greatly improving image quality, imaging speed and work efficiency. The key to digital X-ray photography lies in digital flat panel detector.
Digital flat panel detector is a kind of sophisticated and expensive equipment, which plays a decisive role in imaging quality. Therefore, in normal times, we do a good job of regular maintenance and maintenance, which plays an important role in improving its efficiency and extending its service life.
Provide quality assurance requirements for digital flat-panel detectors according to the machine manual. The digital flat-panel detectors must be calibrated for quality assurance once a month, mainly for gain correction and pixel dose correction; in order to ensure the normal operation of the detector, you must always pay attention to its temperature. You can often observe whether it is in the normal range through the software parameter window provided by the machine. Usually the detector on the bed is (40±3)℃, and the detector on the chest radiograph is (38±3)℃. The most important thing is to ensure that the cooling fan on the digital flat panel detector rotates for 24 hours, which plays a role of constant temperature heat dissipation, so as to maintain the necessary conditions for the normal operation of the detector.
In addition, you must also pay attention to the ambient temperature. The air conditioner can be used to control the temperature at about 25°C and the ambient humidity (use a dehumidifier to maintain the humidity at 60%-70%). At the same time, care must be taken to keep the digital flat-panel detector clean to prevent the accumulation of dust on the flat panel from affecting the clarity and cleanliness of the image, destroying the imaging effect, and causing misdiagnosis. In short, the digital flat-panel detector is the most expensive equipment in the DR machine. We must cherish it as much as our own eyes, so that it can play the greatest and best role in actual work.
