The principle of the detector is summarized as follows: the photoconductive semiconductor converts the received line photons into electric charges, and then the electrical signals are read and digitized by the thin-film transistor array.
The specific principle of X-ray detector:
1, the incident photon of × line excites the electron-hole pair in the amorphous selenium layer;
2. Electrons and holes move in reverse under the action of the applied electric field, generating an electric current, whose magnitude is proportional to the number of incident line photons;
3. These current signals are stored in the inter-electrode capacitance of TFT. Each TFT and capacitor forms a pixel unit.
The Newheek detectors are 14 by 17 inches and 17 by 17 inches, followed by wired and wireless.
Our detectors can meet your different purchasing requirements.
