Specific principles:
1. Before exposure, make the silicon surface store cations to generate uniform charge, resulting in the formation of electron field on the silicon surface;2. During the exposure, electron hole pairs are generated in silicon, and free electrons are free to the surface, resulting in potential charge images on the silicon surface. The charge density at each point is equivalent to the local line intensity.
3. After exposure, the X-ray image is stored in each pixel;
4. The semiconductor converter reads each element to complete the analog-to-digital conversion.
