When a Venezuelan customer saw the X-ray machine advertised by our company on a sales platform, he sent a product link consultation. The customer expressed interest in our 50kW sickle arm X-ray machine and asked if the installation of this X-ray machine is complicated.
We explain to customers that the sickle-arm X-ray machine needs to be disassembled and packaged during transportation, and the installation is more troublesome. We will provide door-to-door installation services for domestic customers, but we can only provide online technical support for foreign customers. If customers are concerned about installation, they can consider another bed-type double-column 50kW X-ray machine, which has the same function as the sickle-arm X-ray machine, and can perform radiographs for patients in both supine and upright positions.
