Selection and use of flat panel detectors

The flat panel detector is the core of the DR technology, which is mainly composed of a protective layer (housing), a fluorescent layer, a circuit board, and a heat sink.
Parameters that need to be paid attention to when selecting flat panel detectors:
Size: 14’’*17’’ (35cm*43cm), 17’’*17’’ (43cm*43cm) and other customized sizes;
Phosphor layer: CSI image is clearer, GdS (GdOS) sensitivity is higher
Semiconductor material: Amorphous silicon is highly sensitive, usually used for dynamic plates, and amorphous silicon is used for static plates
Image software: medical software, veterinary software and industrial software
It can be matched reasonably according to your own needs.
Matters needing attention in the process of using flat panel detector:
Etching effect: The theoretical life of flat-panel detectors is 3 years. Long-term use of flat-panel detectors will produce artifacts that cannot be eliminated due to the etching effect, which will affect the image quality. This is a normal phenomenon and cannot be avoided.
Bearing capacity: 300kg, be careful not to carry too much weight when using
Working environment: 5°-35°, 10-75%RH. When using in high temperature areas such as Africa, please install air conditioning in the operation room. When using in areas with a long rainy season, pay attention to regular dehumidification and moisture prevention.
