Received a call from a customer looking to purchase a flat panel detector for their mobile DR. The customer is a large local distributor, but does not know much about flat panel detectors.
In order to give the customer a better match of goods, asked the customer what size to use, the customer replied 17*17, then asked the customer whether they want wired or wireless, the customer replied that they want wireless, and then explained to the customer our flat panel detector using amorphous silicon and photodiode technology.
