Characteristics of amorphous selenium detector

The principle of amorphous selenium detector is summarized as follows: the light conducting semiconductor directly converts the received line photons into electric charges, and then the electrical signal is read and digitized by the thin film transistor array.
Characteristics of amorphous selenium detector
The specific principle of X-ray detector:
1, the incident photon of × line excites the electron-hole pair in the amorphous selenium layer;
2. Electrons and holes move in reverse under the action of the applied electric field, generating an electric current, whose magnitude is proportional to the number of incident line photons;
3. These current signals are stored in the inter-electrode capacitance of TFT. Each TFT and capacitor forms a pixel unit.
The Newheek detectors are 14 by 17 inches and 17 by 17 inches, followed by wired and wireless.
Our amorphous selenium detector can meet your different purchasing requirements.
